Kennedy Rose Hair will only ship to address were the BILLING & SHIPPING MUST MATCH, NO EXCEPTIONS!
Due to an increase in fraudulent purchases, we are not able to change or switch addresses under any circumstances.
The billing and shipping address must match in order to avoid any potential fraudulent activity.
At the moment, the normal processing/production time for all orders are running on a 7-10 business day. Please note that we do not count weekends and holidays as business days. Once the processing of your order is completed, you will receive an email notification that your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY TIME
USPS U.S. DOMESTIC ORDERS (2-4 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
All orders placed within the United States are delivered by USPS Priority Mail with a charge of $12 flat rate to ship all orders. Cancellation of any order is to be done within 24 hours. Any cancellation request submitted after 24 hours will not be approved. Orders shipping to FPO/APO addresses must ship via USPS Priority Mail. You have to note that for any delays in shipping/delivery we are not responsible. All our customers are therefore encouraged to give room for enough delivery time as well as unplanned delays. If you request for address change after your order has been changed, you will be responsible for the additional shipping charges. Refused and abandoned packages will not be refunded. We only ship to addresses with the same shipping and billing address.
**USPS means Signature Delivery Confirmation is required for every order**
USPS OVERNIGHT (NEXT BUSINESS DAY AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
Delivery by the USPS Standard Overnight is done on the next business day by 3:00 pm to most U.S. addresses and by 4:30 pm to rural areas. Depending on your location, orders shipped out on Friday will be delivered on Saturday or Monday. USPS OVERNIGHT will not deliver to APO/FPO addresses, P.O. Boxes, or International Addresses
**Orders placed before 11:00 am CNT will be processed and shipped out the same day when selected with USPS Overnight delivery. Please note that from Monday-Friday, we offer same-day processing with USPS Standard Overnight delivery. If you order and select overnight shipping on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed and shipped out on Monday.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL APO/FPO/DPO ORDERS (3-5 BUSINESS DAYS AFTER PROCESSING TIME)
We at Kennedy Rose Hair ship to our diplomatic personnel overseas and military service members at a flat rate of $20. However, some specific guidelines must be followed when filling out the address field:
Type out the service member’s full name in the address*
Include the unit and APO/FPO/DPO (Air/Army Post Office™, Fleet Post Office or Diplomatic Post Office) address with the 9-digit ZIP Code™ (if one is assigned).

For every order, we assign one of our natural hair specialists to guarantee its quality before being sent and delivered to you. Please contact us using our email and or phone number if for any reason you are not satisfied with any of our product(s) or services. We do not expect returns, but would be glad to offer you an exchange or store credit within the first 7 days....
Deposits made are non-refundable, but we would be glad to offer you a store credit or exchange within the first fourteen (7) days of your report about the product that you believe is defective. The custom unit MUST NOT BE WORN OR LACE CUT. Let us know within the first 3 days, and we will assign you one of our customer service representatives to assist with the issue. Please note that before hair replacement or store credit is offered, we will have to receive the hair back for inspection and determination of its quality. We reserve all rights to decide whether the product(s) are in fact defective. There may not be any refunds, exchanges or replacements if you perform any process on the hair in any manner (such as lifting, colouring, etc.). A restocking fee with be implemented.
If we are to exchange your hair, you will be responsible for all shipping charges if the correct item was received. Please note that issues concerning colour and length variation are not valid reasons for an exchange of the hair as this may be a problem from your side. Please visit our length chart section in the product shopping to ensure that you are ordering for the correct length of hair to achieve your style. Products that have been washed, installed, untied, and/or tampered with are not eligible for an exchange. So, it is advisable to examine each bundle to make sure you are contented with the product while it is still tied. We recommend purchasing delivery confirmation and insurance to ensure that we safely receive your order.
Our company has a QA team. We will verify the custom unit with a serial number engrained into the craftsmanship of the unit. It isn't visible to the naked eye but certainly there.
