Shipping

All our shipping is handled by Kennedy Rose Hair ships making use of USPS. All orders processing can take up to 7 business day or less and the delivery takes between 3 to 5 days depending on the type of shipping option selected. Do you want overnight or express shipping? Please contact us.

Wig Return Policy

Due to the nature of the item we are selling, our sales are FINAL on purchases. It is advisable to take your measurements well and select options very carefully before placing your order. At Kennedy Rose Hair, we will make your custom wig available according to your exact specifications. Please note that we are not responsible for unfit wigs due to improper measurements. We are not also responsible for variances in colour selected which may be caused by your computer settings or photographs. To avoid colour mismatch due to this settings, we strongly recommend sending the exact colour choice (in the name) and brand. Take your time with this little investment and save yourself hundreds of dollars' worth of headaches! ALL custom orders returned will have 30% deducted for stock fee.

Deposits Non-Refundable

Recheck through your order because work begins with your purchase once your deposit is paid. Due to the custom nature of Kennedy Rose Hair, payments for an item are non-refundable, and we cannot forward the credit for other item purchase.
